Introduction
There is only one instrument cluster available with the launch of the G30.

Driving Modes
The displays of the instrument cluster are displayed depending on the driving
mode selected.
A distinction is made between the 3 following modes on the BMW 5 Series:
Comfort
Sport
ECO Pro
BMW
Showroom mode
The Showroom mode enables you to view the various instrument cluster displays
and the Head-Up
Display during a "virtual" journey.
The Showroom mode is started via the test functions of the instrumen

Operation
The system is switched on via the Traffic Jam Assistant button on the
multifunction steering wheel
(MFL).
G30 buttons for ACC Stop&Go with Active Driving Assistant Plus optional
equipment (OE 5AT)
Button for activating or deactivating the Active
Lane Keeping Assistant and Traffic Jam
Cameras
The camera systems provide support for parking, maneuvering and for complex
exits and
intersections.
The range of camera systems offered has changed completely with the G30. With
the exception of the
rear view camera, the systems are no longer available as individual items of
optional equipment.
